Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX and Word formats (A4,US letter) are found at here: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. If Word template is chosen, the authors should transform the word file into a pdf format file. Only PDF files will be accepted, and all submissions must be done through EDAS. We recommend to use the IEEE PDF eXpress service to check that your manuscript is compliant to IEEE Xplore before uploading it to EDAS. Note that the demo manuscripts will not be a formal publication to be published in IEEE Xplore®). Please, follow the instructions here.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE Online Conference on Green Communications Proceedings and IEEE Xplore® and EI-indexed:
- An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented online at the conference. At least one author of an accepted paper must be present for the duration of their recorded presentation for the live Question & Answer period from the audience. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Online Conference on Green Communications Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore;
- The authors must sign the copyright form using the IEEE eCF procedure through the EDAS paper page.
